A little Easter joy

My Easter flowers were a real joy to be seen, felt and remembered.
Floral storytelling
Easter arrives with a skip in its step,
tucked between bright mornings
and gardens full of mischief.
Bunnies seem to be everywhere; in
quiet corners, in laughter, in little white details,
as if they’ve been busy scattering joy
along with the season itself.
The world bursts into colour—
sunny yellows, peachy blushes,
petals like confetti tossed by spring,
each one a tiny celebration.
Tables fill with flowers and familiar faces,
cups clink, stories tumble over one another,
and happiness settles in
like it’s always belonged there.
Outside, the air feels lighter,
carrying warmth, chatter,
and the hum of new beginnings.
It’s a time for gathering,
for sharing, for smiling without reason,
for holding close the simple magic
of being together.
And somewhere, just out of sight,
a bunny pauses in the grass;
as if to say, this is what joy looks like.
Flower selection and symbolism
Each bloom in my Easter bouquet holds its own quiet meaning.
White astrantia shines like little stars, bringing hope and guidance, while eucalyptus offers calm and protection.
Golden calendula and sunny narcissus bloom with warmth, happiness, and new beginnings.
Pink clematis and coral roses speak of love and beauty in all its forms, while the vibrant red germini adds a touch of strength and cheer.
Soft bunny tails and pussy willow bring comfort, growth, and the promise of brighter days ahead.
Together, these blooms are a reminder to embrace the light, cherish simple moments, and welcome the season of new beginnings.
