Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Polly Bunson Floral Storyteller. By placing an order, booking a service, or attending an event or workshop with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About me

Polly Bunson, Floral Storyteller, provides floral design services including bouquets and arrangements, subscriptions, weddings and events, pop-ups, workshops, and related creative experiences.

2. Orders and payments

  • All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT unless stated otherwise.

  • Full payment is required at the time of ordering unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received.

  • I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at my discretion.
     

3. Seasonal availability and substitutions

  • My designs celebrate seasonal flowers and natural materials. As such, exact flowers, colours, or varieties cannot be guaranteed.

  • Where necessary, I reserve the right to substitute flowers or foliage with alternatives of equal or greater value, while maintaining the overall style and intention of the design.

  • Photographs on my website and social media are indicative of style rather than exact replicas.

4. Cancellations and refunds

Bouquets and One-Off Orders

  • As flowers are perishable, cancellations or changes must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery or collection date.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours may not be eligible for a refund.
     

Subscriptions (e.g. Monthly Flower Drops)

  • Subscription payments are non-refundable once a cycle has begun.

  • You may pause or amend a subscription with reasonable notice, subject to availability.
     

Weddings, Events, and Pop-Ups

  • A non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date.

  • Final balances are due no later than 4 weeks prior to the event date.

  • Cancellations within 4 weeks of the event may be subject to full payment, depending on costs already incurred.
     

Workshops

  • Workshop bookings are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another person with prior notice.
     

5. Deliveries and collections

  • Delivery dates and times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed due to factors beyond my control.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure accurate delivery information is provided.

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur an additional delivery charge.

6. Workshop and event attendance

  • Workshops are designed to be relaxed and informal; no prior experience is required unless stated.

  • Participants attend at their own risk. I will not be responsible for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings unless caused by our negligence.

  • I reserve the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or alternative date will be offered.
     

7. Care and longevity of  flowers

  • I provide care guidance to help you enjoy your flowers for as long as possible; however, flower longevity varies and cannot be guaranteed.

  • Environmental factors such as temperature, placement, and handling are beyond my control.
     

8. Intellectual property

  • All content on my website, including text, images, designs, and branding, remains the intellectual property of Polly Bunson Floral Storyteller.

  • Content may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

  • Trade marks are registered.

9. Photography and marketing

  • I may photograph my work for a portfolio, website, and marketing purposes.

  • If you prefer your order or event not to be shared publicly, please inform us in writing prior to delivery or the event date.
     

10. Liability

  • Our liability is limited to the value of the products or services purchased.

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage.
     

11. Privacy

  • I respect your privacy and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • Your information will only be used to fulfil orders and communicate with you about my services.
     

12. Governing law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

  • Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
