I adore my flower library and would love to share the magic of fresh blooms and the beautiful language of flowers with you.

The Flower Library Pop-Up is a simple yet stunning concept: a pop-up stall filled with petals galore.
Flowers to choose, to hold, to arrange, and to take home. A tactile, joyful experience that invites people to slow down, connect and create something meaningful.

If you’re looking for something unique, an experience that elevates your day, delights your guests and leaves them with both flowers and stories, I’d love to bring the Flower Library Pop‑Up to you.

What’s included

 

I bring everything needed to create a beautiful, seamless experience:
 

  • The Flower Library installation

  • Glass or plastic display containers to suit your event and venue

  • Fresh, seasonal flowers and foliage

  • Tools and materials

  • Guidance, encouragement and floral storytelling

You provide the venue, and I’ll take care of the rest.

Pricing


Can you put a price on originality, fun and learning?

​​

I charge an initial booking fee of £249, non-refundable, which includes:

  • Securing your date

  • Installation of the Flower Library (set up and take down)

  • Me for up to 2 hours*

​

You then have the costs of flowers, foliage and vases, which depend on what you'd like.
 

We can discuss any optional extras and costs for:

  • Keepsakes to tie to vases

  • Presentation boxes or bags

  • Personalised touches 
     

  • For events held outside the Caerphilly area, travel expenses may need to be discussed

  • Depending on the scale of your event, additional staffing costs may also apply

  • *An extended hire charge can be agreed for anything over 2 hours.
