An event full of meaning. A wonderful way to honour those with MS. So grateful to have been invited to bring floral storytelling to the event. Lovely to attend such a beautiful heartfelt fundraiser and provide flowers that speak as well as decorate the room. Here’s the floral story… Held in Hope… These flowers tell a story of living with Multiple Sclerosis, where strength is often unseen, yet deeply felt.

Each flower reflects a different part of the journey, from fragile moments to quiet resilience, from depth to light.

The black satin ribbon honours the weight of the challenge, the days that feel heavy, the courage it takes to keep going.

And the butterfly, touched with orange, rests gently as a symbol of transformation, hope, and the small, bright moments that still find their way through.

Great weekend in Stoke on Trent with one of my besties! Jam packed and absolutely loved it. Happy to share our itinerary and travel plan if anyone would like it. So much to explore we could have stayed. I’m a big fan of @emma_bridgewater, you’ll see her collections popping up on here. We loved @gladstonepottery and @middleport_pottery all so rich in history. There was lots to do and delicious food to keep us going. Great girly tour ❤️

A Morning at the Flower Farm

I had the loveliest time wandering through the fields at Coalfield Flower Farm in Tonyrefail, South Wales. The paths were lined with early blooms and quiet promise, and everywhere there was a feeling of gentle care; the kind that settles your mind as soon as you arrive.

Chris and Katie welcomed me like an old friend. So warm, so open, so genuinely supportive. They and the farm itself were exactly what they say they are: a place where flowers and people are given the space they need to grow.

There is something grounding about a flower farm. Among the beds of stems, it’s clear that flowers are a like us, they need care, patience, and the right conditions to flourish.

The farm is a sanctuary for anyone who might need it, a place where no matter what challenges you carry, you’ll find a warm welcome. It’s a place to meet, share, learn new skills, and help grow beautiful seasonal blooms.

I loved spending time there, talking about how we might work together and how I could weave their flowers into my own offerings. Sharing ideas, stories, and experiences among the beds of growing stems felt natural and exciting.

It was such a reassuringly positive meeting. I left feeling incredibly lucky and deeply inspired.

We’ll be creating heart-shaped gypsophila and eucalyptus wreaths, and coordinating bud vases with a mix of beautiful fresh blooms. All in a relaxed, friendly setting with sweet treats and plenty of flower chat.

Astilbe ~ symbolises patience, dedication and remembrance.
Representing the years he worked tirelessly for his family, often unseen.
It honours devotion and consistency.

Aspidistra ~ symbolises strength, resilience and longevity.
Chosen as a beautiful reflection of his character and determination throughout his life.

Eucalyptus ~ symbolises healing, protection and renewal.
Eucalyptus speaks of reflection and calm. particularly poignant
given his journey with dementia. It brings a sense of peace, release and rest.

Gaultheria salal tips ~ symbolise endurance, quiet strength, and lasting bonds. A perfect reflection of his lifelong reliability and the way he quietly held his family together.

Hydrangea ~ symbolise gratitude, understanding, and deep emotion.
